Val and his crew are polite, patient and do excellent work. The tore out my old floors and installed the new ones in an efficient manner.
Val initially recommended that I replace my baseboards when he gave the quote. I didn’t think it was necessary and declined. When Sam was getting ready to put them back, he had me come see what they were going to look like. Val was right, and they took the time to get the baseboards. When they were about to install them, I realized I should have painted them first. They were kind and accommodating, even though I am sure my decision set them back time wise on their next job.
All I can say is that I am pleased with my choice to use Pro Quality Designs. The next time I use them for a project, I will follow Val’s advice.

Pro Quality Designs did a fantastic job repairing a section of damaged laminate flooring in the middle of my floor. It took their team twenty minutes to disassemble, put in a new plank, and re-install all the existing flooring. They were flexible with my schedule as I needed to reschedule and they were able to easily accommodate.
